2. Application

a. Application to be a Distributor can be made by purchasing an authorized Distributor kit, filling up an authorized Distributor’s Application Form and submitting the form together with the registration fee as determined by the Company to any Branch or authorized Distributor Facility. All applications should be sponsored by an existing authorized Distributor which cannot be changed once the Application is approved. If there are none, the Company reserves the right to assign a sponsor to the individual or company.

b. A valid bank account number of a bank as specified by the Company must be included in the form during application so as to facilitate bonus payments. The name of the bank account and the Application form should be the same. If the Distributor does not have a bank account, an authorization letter requesting the bonus payments to be deposited into another account will be required.

c. Once the Distributor fills up the Distributor Application Form and submits it together with the registration fee, he is issued with a temporary Distributor Identification Card valid for 2 months from the date of issue which he can then start using immediately. Once the application is approved, the Distributor will be issued a non transferable Distributor Identification Card with his personal Distributor Identification Number which will then be used to keep track of his purchases from the Company. If the Distributor Identification Card is lost during the period, the Distributor is required to report it to any Branch or Distributor Facility and pay the required amount as stipulated by the Company to obtain a new Distributor Identification Card.

d. Authorization to become a Distributor may be granted by the Company only. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application. In the event that a Distributorship application is not approved, the registration fee will be refunded provided the Distributor kit is returned intact.
